USER AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the client, or using any INFINITY ONLINE service, you agree to this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Rules of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages unless officially allowed.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password.
Accounts belonging to minors must be created with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use the Game

INFINITY ONLINE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or sell game files, accounts, or virtual items outside approved channels.

4. Virtual Items & nCash

In-game currency, items, and characters remain the property of INFINITY ONLINE. Purchases of nCash or cash items are generally final. We may adjust item stats, prices, or availability for game balance with reasonable notice when possible.

5. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, servers, or events for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible on the website or Discord.

6. Account Suspension

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate the Rules of Conduct, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party tools, or engage in fraud. Appeals may be submitted through Customer Support.

7. Disclaimer

The game and website are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay. INFINITY ONLINE is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
